The chefs at this restaurant are so good that they make running a kitchen look easy.
You can find dishes inspired by all over India on the menu, from Malvani mutton to Mumbai aloo and Tandoori black bream with sesame raita. It’s worth checking out for sure!
What’s not to love about this restaurant? The dishes are delicious and full of flavour.
There is no shortage of great food, with a variety that will satisfy any mood you may be in.
From The Menu
Indian Summer is all about bringing the flavours of India to your plate.
You’ll be able to taste delicious onion aubergine pakora, which is similar in flavour and texture to an Indian-style onion bhaji but with a twist.
This dish has been inspired by local ingredients from across different regions of India– so you’re tasting authentic recipes that are tried and true for generations!
After these tasty starters, we have something even more special: Masala Dosa – a large, golden rice & lentil pancake stuffed with vegetables served alongside sambhar and coconut chutney.
This will remind many people of home because it’s such an iconic element on any street corner around Mumbai or Delhi.
The Tandoori Platter is a sizzling carnivorous dish that we order with the expected mix of vegetables for all, and it comes complete with mango chutney, mint raita as well as baby spinach & red onion.
Indian Summer is a new wave of delicious dishes coming straight from the subcontinent.
It’s been recognised by many people as one of the best places to eat in Brighton and has received awards for Best Indian Restaurant on South Coast, 2015.
When I first heard about Minesh Agnihotri’s vision to bring a new taste of Indian cuisine, it seemed like an impossible task.
Luckily, he proved me wrong with his restaurant that has been successful in changing the way we see curry altogether.
