Boho Gelato: The Best in Brighton

Brighton is one of the world’s most famous seaside towns, and it has a reputation for being pretty darn laid back. But if you’re looking to be wowed by some awesome ice cream flavours – then we’ve got just the thing! Boho Gelato offers unique varieties of gelato (including vegan).

For anyone who hasn’t heard of them, Boho Gelato is one of Brighton’s go-to ice cream destinations in Pool Valley. They’ve been around for several years and are known to have the best gelatos on earth!

Pool Valley is the new hip place to go. You can buy a pair of exclusive handmade shoes, get some great ice cream and enjoy an afternoon tea in one quaint little street! Boho Gelato brings the street up yet another notch with its vibrant colours on display for all passersby to enjoy!

Founder Seb Cole was enthralled by the taste of gelato while visiting Italy. After spending some time there, he decided to use his skills in mixology and create a place where people could indulge their palate with great tasting ice cream flavours that are made fresh daily. He is not Italian, but he sure can produce some authentic gelato that tastes like the ones you’ll find in Italy.

Boho Gelato is always busy in the summer. You might think the queue is out of the door, but it’s worth waiting for. It can be hard to pick a favourite flavour since flavours change frequently depending on what’s happening in the town like holidays or concerts, but there are always the classics like chocolate and pistachio!

What we love about it!

The perfect summer day is spent at the beach or in your backyard, and there’s nothing more refreshing than a scoop of cold gelato.

Italy is known for its gelato, and Boho Gelato brings that taste to Brighton.

When I first arrived in Brighton, one of the things that caught me by surprise was how different their gelato is. It’s less intense than normal ice cream and it has a light texture that pairs well with any flavour you choose to try!

Handmade Italian style Ice Cream

A cool, casual place to grab a tasty treat on the go is Boho Gelato. It’s refreshing and perfect for those hot summer days when it just feels like you’re melting into your chair at work – not anymore with this great looking gelato shop in Brighton that will satisfy all our cravings. Several of their innovative flavours, such as Olive Oil (a traditional Italian flavour) or Carrot Cake are worth trying out too; they might become new favourites!

If your taste buds have not already been satisfied by the rich, creamy gelato flavours of Boho Gelato’s so-called “normal” ice cream selection, then you can delve into their vegan menu and experience a whole new level of flavour! There are one hundred ever-changing options in this category alone. Here is one of my favourites – Peanut Butter Caramel Sorbet.

After trying a vegan Pornstar Martini sorbet, I had to try the After Dinner Mint flavour because it still tasted amazing. I savoured each mouthful of these sweets, to my satisfaction. With an elated smile on my face and food in hand for all of you vegans out there: this is what’s possible!

If you love exploring new flavours, this is the place for you. The Amarena cherry has been selling like hotcakes but if anyone else wants to try out some of our braver options, they’ll be more than happy to offer anyone a sample!

Ice cream on the beach or a tub at home is pure bliss on a hot day. This ice cream shop is a definite favourite of ours!

A few more highlights

For those looking for a one-of-a-kind gift to commemorate any special occasion, why not give the person you love their own custom gelato? Seb has crafted flavours that are available in larger quantities and can be delivered straight to your door. A wonderful birthday gift, or something nice and sweet for yourself.

It doesn’t take a genius to see that Seb has perfected the art of crafting bespoke gelato. And, you can’t go wrong with their unique flavour combinations made from locally sourced Sussex milk and their cutting-edge ice cream vertical machine!

The gelato cups have been designed to be aesthetically pleasing. The interior is inviting and perfect for adults as well as children with a few tables, chairs and high bar stools where you can watch the action or just relax after an eventful day at work. And have you seen how beautifully decorated it is?! You won’t be disappointed if you visit here soon 🙂

There is no limit to what the staff can create. Often they try out new ideas based on feedback they receive from customers, giving you a unique experience every time!

The Gelato flavours are constantly changing and it’s always a surprise what you might find. You could stumble across anything from Liquorice to Pink Champagne!

When I tried the Battenberg Cake flavour gelato, I was flooded with memories of my childhood. Nan used to have a slice of cake prepared for me on arrival at her house, this memory, filled my mind again.

Brighton’s Best Pancakes

0

Brighton’s Best Pancakes

What are the most popular breakfast foods nowadays? Well, you can’t go wrong with pancakes! I mean, come on people. Pancakes need to be your best friend because they’re so good and always ready for anything; although admittedly there is certain artistry that needs to happen when stacking them up.
The pancake world has evolved too- thin crêpes served topped with lemon juice and sugar were once considered as “the apex of flavour perfection” but now our tastes have grown more sophisticated (but don’t worry–pancakes never disappoint).
Pancakes are one of life’s most satisfying meals. The sweet smell of pancakes is like a siren’s call for most people who know what the word “indulgence” means. However, no matter how many variations there are out there these sweet treats never fail to satisfy our need for sugary goodness!
From the crispy outer layer to the soft, fluffy centre they satisfy all your cravings and give you an excuse to go a little bit over the top with your choices! Whether you want to drown them in syrup, juice or chocolate sauce, throw some bacon on top and add whipped cream – if it can be done with breakfast food then someone has probably already tried it.
There is no better way than enjoying them in any flavour that suits what mood takes hold of you…
The texture and taste of your pancakes will always be better when you use fresh ingredients. I love the sweet smell in my kitchen on Pancake Day, as it reminds me that something delicious is nearing its end!
But with all of the glorious pancakes Brighton has to offer, you may just have to turn Pancake Day into a week-long celebration – Pancakes Week!
When you’re in Brighton and need to satisfy your pancake cravings, these are the best places for some of that delicious breakfast goodness.

The Breakfast Club
Market St, Brighton

These guys know their way around a good breakfast – just look at the name! And we’re not talking about your average sugar and lemon combo. If you want something more out there, try their Ringer Stinger Chicken Stack: it’s delicious in every sense of the word.
Luckily, you’ll never be bored with the Breakfast Club’s selection of pancakes. They offer the classics as well as pancakes for all tastes. For those of you who are feeling adventurous, their vegan ‘Beauregarde’ pancakes might be a good fit!
You’ve heard about those pancakes with the whipped vanilla cream and berries, right? Yeah. They’re delicious! The Breakfast Club is a great place to go for brunch during mornings because they have all these different varieties of fluffy sweet buttermilk pancake that you can top off your meal with too.
This restaurant is decorated uniquely and it’s worth checking out even if it’s just to take photos outside because their menu is insane–pancake stacks are my favourite thing there! The atmosphere is nice as well with calming music playing over speakers all around us which made me feel right at home.

Nowhere Man
Upper North Street, Brighton

If you’re looking for a spot on the map with the perfect balance of great food, ambience and music make your way to this retro-chic restaurant. You won’t be able to resist the delicious, generous plates of pancakes and old-school decor at this offbeat (but oh so inviting) diner.
This quaint coffee shop is a hidden gem. It has an unpretentious, friendly feel to it that will be appreciated by those who want something other than Starbucks for their morning breakfast routine. They feature a strong menu with everything from pancakes and bagels to smoothies and more drinks you won’t find at any big chain store.
The laid-back décor and vibe in this 70s inspired living room café make it the perfect place to dine. The retro vibes will have you feeling like a true bohemian, while the endless Instagram opportunities within these walls make for an unforgettable experience with friends!
I love that Nowhere Man has so many different pancakes! You can satisfy everyone’s appetite and enjoy great breakfast food all the time.
A humble stack of pancakes is always a good way to start the day, indeed.

Starfish & Coffee
Queens Park, Brighton

Pancake day is a great excuse to enjoy some delicious pancakes and it’s one of the most popular days for restaurants. If you’re looking for Brighton pancake recommendations, we have just what you need!
One of our favourite places in Brighton that serves up mouthwatering stacks on Pancake Day? Starfish & Coffee. Their sweet buttermilk pancakes are light as air with delicately crispy edges – they may be the absolute best thing about this place!
And they are one of Brighton’s most child-friendly and family-oriented coffee shops. Starfish & Coffee proves that it is possible to create a spot for adults without sacrificing all the essential elements. They have every type of drink you could want, from lattes to Americanos with plenty in between as well as hearty meals and snacks!
This cafe has mastered the art of brunch with its pancakes. They are award-winning and have a menu of mouthwatering breakfast options, with pancakes that will make you feel like royalty.
Imagine the best pancake breakfast of your life. But this time, you don’t have to worry about how many calories are in those pancakes because they were made right across from Queen’s Park! The perfect place for a guilt-free walk after brunch with friends.
The Starfish & Coffee pancakes are to die for. They are incredibly large, filled with delicate dough and bursting with delicious toppings.
If you’re in the mood for a stack of pancakes, this cosy cafe is perfect. Whether you want to celebrate your day with just one pancake or an entire plateful, check out this breakfast hotspot!

Moksha Cafe
York Place, Brighton

When you’re in the mood for a tasty breakfast, look no further than Moksha. With an array of delicious American pancakes to choose from and gluten-free Pancakes on offer too – there’s something here to satisfy every taste bud!
Brighton’s Moksha was also awarded the 2019 Bravo Award for best Brighton brunch. They offer a deliciously casual atmosphere where kids are welcomed to eat without any fuss.
These guys know how to take their customers on a mouth-watering pancake experience. Pancakes are served American style and accompanied by your choice of banana, blueberry or bacon with maple syrup; it’s like you have no idea what flavour heaven is until now!
Their pancakes are certainly not to be missed!

The Breakfast Club Brighton

For those with a love for food, The Breakfast Club has you covered. Whether it’s brunch or dinner time – this place is perfect.

Start Your Day Right

The Breakfast Club is a go-to destination indeed. With their unconventional approach to brunches, they would please any diner lover. They have an extensive menu that features classic English breakfast items, pancakes (of course), benedicts, and waffles – just some of the many things you can order from here!

You’ll never want to go to another restaurant after you’ve had one of The Breakfast Club’s signature dishes. A perfect place to enjoy a meal after a night on the town, where you can get your fill of deliciously satisfying food and drink in an affordable setting.

They have all-day options that cover breakfast and lunch foods like sandwiches, burgers and even milkshakes! All day every day students get 15% off their purchase here too which makes paying the bill easier than ever before.

A delightful dining experience

I’ve been to my fair share of restaurants, and while I love the ambience some provide on a nice day, you can never beat window seats. Especially when it’s during lunchtime with two friends who are big foodies! I was in luck as there were still plenty of tables available for us.

I ordered The Half Monty Breakfast, which was delicious and came with bacon, sausage, eggs, beans, tomato toasted multigrain bloomer. I loved my breakfast as well as the toast that had butter and bacon that were warm! My friend tried a more adventurous option; Boston Beans: BBQ pulled pork along with baked beans plus home-style fried potatoes topped off by an egg poached right in front of you! We all agreed it tasted so great because we are true foodies 😉

The food was absolutely delicious, I had a great breakfast! We all loved it so much that we couldn’t even talk about anything else afterwards!

The breakfast menu at this restaurant will leave you wanting more. You’re going to have a hard time deciding on the best dish because there are so many delicious options. Salted beef and fried chicken or maybe sausage with eggs? And who could forget about their mouth-watering pancakes, waffles, and pudding! Everything on their menu will surely get your taste buds going! But, if a lighter fare is what’s on the top of your list then they also offer their unique green smoothies for those health nuts out there looking for something light but still filling!

Feel the Miami vibe!

The breakfast club knows how to keep it casual. I loved the atmosphere and design of this place! It was so hipster, Brighton-y…

It feels like you’re walking into an old-school breakfast spot: cool and nostalgic. I love it here!

The Miami Vice themed cafe in Brighton is perfect for any person who loves the beach, pink flamingos and a casual environment.

The atmosphere was perfect for a Sunday brunch. The music, the seating arrangements, and even the background colours all contributed to this feeling of freedom from your everyday worries.

Tinto Taperia

Located in the heart of Brighton, Tinto Taperia is a chic Spanish restaurant that offers authentic tapas with an outstanding dining experience. With dishes like paella cooked right on-site and generous portions to boot, this place will have you feeling as if you’re travelling through Spain without ever having left town!

The sound of the clinking glasses and laughter float through as guests enjoy their favourite Spanish tapas in a contemporary setting. From authentic gazpacho to delicious huevos rotos, you’ll find it all on this menu.

With an outside terrace overlooking the pedestrian plaza of New Road, it’s the perfect place for kicking back and pretending you’re sunning up in some far-flung world by the Mediterranean. Imagine sipping a cool drink on your balcony as people pass below!

When you’re looking to eat everything on the menu, tapas restaurants are your best bet. With small plates that can be ordered for everyone at the table (recommended 2-3 per person) and shared between all of the guests – what more could foodies want?

Amazing Spanish cuisine

Spanish cuisine is always a good choice for foodies, but it’s not all tapas and paella. Tinto Taperia offers traditional Spanish dishes like patatas bravas to more adventurous fare like calamari in squid ink or an upside-down tortilla with chorizo sausage. You never know what you’ll find when entering this restaurant that fuses flavours of the Mediterranean with Spain!

The restaurant is the perfect place to pretend that you’re sitting on a Mediterranean terrace while sipping iced tea and enjoying crusty bread with garlic sauce.

With nothing but the best of tapas, from pies to meat and fish dishes. I’m sure you won’t want anything else after sampling their menu!

But to make the most of your Spanish adventure, order a hearty serve of made-to-order paella, with fish and chicken as well as vegan options. Add in jugs full of fresh sangria alongside cava rosa or gin fizz for an authentic experience!

You’ll find both set menus and à la carte items available at the restaurant so check it out before settling down elsewhere.

Easygoing Spanish eatery offering seafood, meat & vegetarian tapas, plus paella, desserts & sangria.

You’re likely going to be more than a little full by the end of your meal, so, make sure to save room for some of those delicious treats they have at this place – Churros, custard in pastry form with cream caramel on top or even just regular old ice cream and then head back home!

We’re coming back for sure!

I’m on top of the world and I’ve got a large well-balanced mix in my stomach. You should try it for yourself!

It’s been a while since I’ve found such an amazing restaurant. There are so many options to choose from and the tapas were delicious!

We were lucky enough to be treated by attentive, thoughtful and engaging staff. They checked on us often even when they had other customers in the restaurant! The food was beyond anything I have ever experienced before with flavours that made my taste buds go wild for more every bite.

I couldn’t have asked for anything better. The food was piping hot and decadent – not to mention beautifully arranged on my plate! Next time, you can bet that you will see us at Tinto Taperia again. The perfect place for fun-seeking families, couples looking to enjoy a romantic evening and singles who want to mingle.

Village Brighton

0

Village Brighton

As one of the more bohemian and artists’ areas of Brighton, the Hanover area has long been regarded as one of the more desirable residential areas.

The Village now occupies a building where one of these pubs once stood. They came together to save it from being developed for commercial purposes. This handsome building is located at the end of Islingword road, Hanover, exactly where it should be.

Located in the heart of the village, Village is a café and bar with a cosy, rustic atmosphere. You can enjoy hearty breakfasts and snacks in Village all day, along with fantastic coffee and tea. There is something for every brunch fan, from granola, waffles to classic full English breakfasts.

During the evening, it converts to a bar and an event venue. The menu takes on a Mexican twist with burritos and nachos. You can enjoy some burritos and beer while listening to a live musical performance or comedy act.

Brunch at the Village

It’s a Saturday morning and I rode to Elm Grove, so I’m out having brunch today, and I’m quite hungry after riding. My eyes are immediately drawn to the menu that boasts excellent vegetarian and vegan choices. I can’t help but purchase Real Patisserie baked goodies to take home. I however prefer the Village Breakfast, some fresh orange juice, alongside a black coffee, essential components of any brunch.

It starts with coffee, and despite its robustness, the taste is quite smooth. It was a little bit stronger than normal as I needed it to help me get through the day. After that, I enjoy a glass of orange juice – the perfect drink on a hot summer day. It’s full of pulp, so I love it.

I am served breakfast ahead of schedule, and I’m presented with an enormous plate of everything I love about breakfast. On top of two thick pieces of bread are two sausages, two bacon rashers, scrambled eggs, grilled tomatoes, halloumi cheese, hash browns, with baked beans on the side. As an accompaniment, a harissa paste is served, a condiment that goes well with this dish.

My stomach was so full that I didn’t need to eat anything else. In my opinion, Village’s brunch, which is served separately in a great setting, would be just as energizing after a night out or if you need some recharging time from your week spent at home.

A look at the interior

There are a variety of vintage items in the Village cafe and the kind of things that would look right at home in an old house. And guess what? I like it. It is filled with comfortable vintage leather chairs for reading, oriental rugs, and other pieces that shouldn’t be mixed, yet it is still a very quaint and charming place adorned with vibrant blooms on every table.

A community space that features live music, comics, spoken word performances, and other fun events, Village hosts the whole shebang. This is a good little pub that is unique among country pubs and Sunday roast joints in Hanover. Location-wise, it is ideal: safe, cosy, and suited for families. A great example of the type of thing you’d expect from the area where it’s located. Also, the staff are extraordinarily friendly.

Ride through the Village and see what it’s all about.

Hope and Ruin

0

Hope and Ruin

The Hope & Ruin possess a unique character. There is a certain element of chaos to character, as it entails filling the space with your favourite things. It is exactly this kind of old-fashioned feeling that you will find throughout the bar.

There is a 150-capacity function room above the pub where live music is performed daily, including performances by local acts as well as international performers. From the days of the legendary Lift to the present day, this venue is a mainstay in the Brighton music landscape.

On entering, you might feel as if you have entered a junkyard. To say this restaurant is eclectic understates the case. There is something magical about this place that is compelling to visit daily, regardless of whether it is the caravan covered with old television sets and tangled wires, or maybe the futuristic ceiling installation.

Plant-based meals

The restaurant Hope & Ruin was recommended to me by a friend of mine while I was in search of creamy, cheesy, dairy-free, comfort food, and I wasn’t disappointed.

It is the go-to place for vegan junk food since the whole menu is plant-based.

The establishment is home to Beelzebab, which offers its popular vegan kebab, loaded chips, and hot dogs. Almost too good to be true, deep-fried, golden brown, without the faintest hint of lettuce. The food here is another level of vegan food – the kind of food you eat after you’ve had too much alcohol and have a hangover.

When I’m in the mood for some salty and fatty food, I enjoy their enormous spread, which includes two versions of packed fries (Fries-a-Go-Go and Currywurst), along with Chicken poppers plus crispy cheese sticks, easily the most delicious dairy-free cheese product I’ve ever had.

The flavour profiles are superb, or perhaps I should praise the seasoning balance, which is so well done.

You can expect seasonal promotions and tasty new dishes.

Plant-based beverages

The orange and purple pumps provide a good selection of ales, lagers, and keg beers. Gluten-free beer is always available and they have lots of local craft beers on hand.

Furthermore, they sell a variety of spirits, wines, and no-alcohol beverages. All drinks are made using only plant-based ingredients.

Kitgum Kitchen

0

Kitgum Kitchen

Located on Preston Road, Kitgum Kitchen is a restaurant that serves a menu of Indian and East African dishes. Kitgum Kitchen is unique to Brighton, if not the whole country, with its food offering.

Kitgum Kitchen isn’t a newcomer to Brighton. Likely, you’ve already tasted their foods at special events or pop-ups throughout the city.

What An Experience!

Fayaz Almani is the mastermind behind Kitgum Kitchen, which occupies the former site of Circo and Senor Buddha. Using the highest-quality ingredients and unique flavourings, he gives his customers an experience they can never forget. The owner’s mum still stays involved to make sure the food is authentic, providing guidance and making sure quality standards are met.

There are already crowds flocking to their culinary tours, new flavours, and freshly made dips.

There is a great variety of light, hearty dishes on their menus such as chicken samosas, curries and mishkakis. The special Ugandan Kitgum Rolex omelette filled chapati with potato will have you drooling for more!

In addition to a tasting plate, the owner discusses with us the exquisite details of the small plates and the big plates. Our host is passionate about the food. The food he grew up with is magical to him, and he wants everyone to experience it.

From The Menu

We begin with pork or chicken Kitgum samosas (you can choose between the two varieties), each of which is generously sized. Its wrapper is filo, and the direction is to pierce it and drizzle lemon juice on it, which gives it an extra zing to each bite.

After that, we have Jeeru’s Wings. The chicken in this dish was glazed with a tangy hot and sour sauce, then garnished with fresh coriander and cumin that added a beautiful contrast to the spicy sauce.

Having finished the small plates, we moved on to the main course. With a delectable lamb curry and a sauteed potato side dish, the Lamb Kalyo was a hit. A fresh carrot pickle and chopped chilli are included – the taste is great!

We chose the Moong Nu Shaak from among the vegan choices. This dish featured stewed beans, cumin, tomatoes, and coriander, with a yoghurt topping and carrot pickle for garnish. We were blown away by the combination of rich legumes and yoghurt seasoned with spices and scrumptious carrots – absolutely delicious and nutritious!

East coast of Africa meets West coast of India.

The rich textures and vibrant flavours of these hearty dishes had our senses tingling in anticipation! A variety of homemade dipping sauces were served with all the dishes, such as Kitgum’s signature ketchup, which is bursting with flavour.

With everything I have, I now want this Dip! A hot and sour sauce was also available, which was tangy, flavorful, and spicy.

Namo Eat

There is an unbelievably wide variety and high standard of cuisine in Brighton. I mean it when I say we’re spoiled for choice when it comes to eating. Possibly Brighton’s best Thai restaurant – in my opinion, that says a lot! Those who seek modern Thai food should visit this restaurant. Several creative takes on traditional dishes.

Located in Brighton at The Eagle Pub, Namo Eat serves up tasty, innovative Thai food. Their authentic Thai cuisine is of the highest quality. There are only a few items on the menu, but they are excellent and constantly changing. Using fresh ingredients and adherence to traditional family recipes, all dishes are carefully selected and expertly prepared. Oh, what a delight!

Excellent Thai cuisine

Namo Eat’s healthful, nutritious, and high-end Thai cuisine is prepared by Thai chefs locally for a price you can’t beat. My wife and I lived in Bangkok for several years, so we were blown away by this discovery.

I enjoyed the ambience, cocktails, and comfort that The Eagle Pub offered. My favourite thing about Namo Eat is that they deliver. I can’t wait to try them. Even though I miss Bangkok quite a bit, having Namo nearby helps me cope.

Whenever we visit, we are always pleasantly surprised by the variety of menu options and the quality of food. You can choose from a variety of Thai dishes. The experience will not disappoint you!

Fresh. Tasty. Creative.

A gorgeous presentation, healthy and flavorful food is served here. Favourite dishes include their laksas and Thai noodle soups. I also found the massaman curry to be particularly delicious, with its warm cinnamon flavours and ground chickpeas lending it a creamy texture.

It was a delightful surprise to discover tofu rolls! Crisp and full of flavour, they are delicious.

There was just enough heat in everything to make me want more. Never left feeling bloated, but always satisfied!

Our appetite for more food makes us eager to return. It would be an excellent decision to visit Namo Eat, as the food is excellent, the atmosphere is enjoyable, and the price is also reasonable. We’ll be back soon…

Kindling Restaurant

Kindling Restaurant

After 15 years of running the vegetarian restaurant Food for Friends in Brighton, Ramin and Jane Mostowfi are returning to the city, launching Kindling, an animal-based restaurant that focuses on sustainability.

Bringing another high-quality restaurant to the Lanes, Kindling Restaurant Brighton opened its doors in late 2019.

The Kindling restaurant in Brighton combines seasonal ingredients, natural surroundings, and a variety of elements to bring its menu to life. Meals that are shared and food that is healthy and good for the environment are part of the concept. An element of fire is central to the gastronomic experience, deepening the flavours of the cuisine. Ultimately, however, as a way of reclaiming the roots of community, warmth, and sustainability of the restaurant.

The Restaurant’s Interior

With high ceilings, whitewashed, tiled walls, and marble tables, this restaurant gives a good impression of space.

Kindling’s decor is minimalist and elegant, utilizing natural woods and neutral shades, evoking the sea, land, and fire themes at the restaurant.

Excellent Food

In Kindling restaurant, food is good that’s done well, with a focus on nutritional value, visual appeal, and eco-friendly practices. A large part of the menu consists of sustainably raised meats, sustainable seafood, as well as locally grown fruit and vegetables.

At Kindling we are about seasonal British produce

Quality seasonal produce is the cornerstone of Kindling. There is a constantly changing menu, but you can expect items like succulent seafood, wild garlic and ricotta gnudi, and chickpeas and vegetables grilled to perfection.

Crispy pork skin with gribiche, for example, is one of the standout starters and bar snacks. A seasonal main course might also feature local hoggets served with salted apples, celeriac, quinces, and onions.

An open fire is also made good use of, producing dishes like ember-baked leek topped with smoked plaice; as well as grilled bass with dill and caper-flavoured dressing.

At Kindling Brighton, the menu is a la carte and changes every day based on what’s in season. The thrill of going back to a restaurant and being introduced to something new rather than sticking to what you’ve had previously is a thrilling experience.

Drinks Menu

Keeping with their emphasis on sourcing local ingredients, Kindling has created a cocktail list offering homemade versions of classic cocktails as well as locally produced spirits.

The wine list at the restaurant features a variety of wines ranging from familiar to unusual, suitable for all occasions and budgets. Among the wines available are a Japanese orange wine and a Sussex Ditchling white, both available by the glass. Among the cocktails is a powerful white negroni.
